But sorry folks, especially you Texas fellows, REAL BBQ is pork, and it's cooked low and slow over a wood fired pit. Not gas, not electric, not in an oven, not warmed up from the grocery store. I do like brisket, and I have eaten it in Texas. I like chicken cooked on a barbeque pit, and I like mutton. But the real thing is pork.
