Sharpen as necessary, use it for boning out meat, cutting vegatables and just about any thing one could want!

ib, I've got a set of Henckel 4 stars in my kitchen. I use at least two of them out of the rack every day. They are good knives. I also have a Henckel sharpener that I bought for them and use when they need to get touched up.

It's as much the sentiment tbat it's from Mom's kitchen. We have a nice set of Wusthof that we use a lot.
