Watched my brother in law take a Bull elk(Roosevelt) 75 yds and an Idaho Whitetail buck at 375 yds this year in a 7mm mag this year. Both died within 30 yds. Bullet fragmented pretty good, caused lots of damage and recovered neither.
Thinking at 7mm-08 velocities this will seriously smash schiiittt. Sierra claims a .610 BC at anything over 2600fps.
Anyone else kill big game with it this last season.

There was an exit hole on each. Lotta meat damage from the parts that fragmented. It's accuracy impressive to say the very least. This is OME with two critters someone else shot with me standing right there watching. I love the BC, the accuracy and I'm hoping they shoot well in my rifle.
