None of the above. I'd be looking for a Colt Mustang Pocketlite. 13 ounces like a miniature 1911 only .380. I like my ss Colt Government .380, but it is heavier and has a longer grip.
My other auto is a .45

I'll reply to the last two posts here.......I don't want to have to buy a complete new wardrobe, and that's why I pocket carry. I wear my shirttail tucked in, and unless I'm wearing a coat, I couldn't conceal a pistol. So, it just works best for me to stick one in my front jeans pocket, put the extra mag in the watch pocket and go armed that way. I wish I could figure out another method, one that would allow me to carry a 9mm compact more comfortably and concealed, but as of now, I haven't found it. If I wanted to wear a coat or wear a shirt that wasn't tucked in, there would be a lot of different options open to me. But, there are just too many times when all I'm wearing is a shirt tucked in and a pair of jeans. Also, I've tried ankle carry and don't like it.
Windfall, I have the original "pocket pistol," a PPK 32ACP, but I don't like the hammer and the safety on a carrying gun, and it's too heavy anyway. I have handled the Mustangs and I love the way they feel, but they are about like the PPK, as far as the hammer and safety go. We're all different in what we prefer, and I like the Glock type pistols, where all I have to do is just pull the trigger and not fool with a safety.
Anyway, thanks for all the suggestions.

I have Ruger LCP and Kahr CT380...both are very reliable..I prefer the longer grip of the Kahr...it is a great packer .380.
I would like to try the Glock...just haven't had an opportunity to shoot one.

IMO, as great as it is, the G42 is not a pocket gun, and I'd look no further than the Ruger LCP.

Ruger LCP. Not even a contest. A TecGrip will open a person's eyes for having a gun on them all the time and not having to use a pocket and still being able to walk about with a hot chamber. https://blackhawk.com/products/hols...ylon/tecgrip-pocket-holster-ambidextrousThere's also ZERO drawback to installing a clipdraw. If used in conjunction with a trigger guard holster they are a safe and minimalist approach to carrying a gun without having to fugk around in your pocket. https://blackhawk.com/products/hols...ylon/tecgrip-pocket-holster-ambidextrousThey shoot well. Very well. And if you leave it in the schitter, you're only out $200.

For me with patience and learning the gun I pocket a BG 380 and use my Sig 238 as a spare.
