If the goal is to stick with a Tikka (Sako) barrel, find a 7mm-08 and rechamber. Then you can simply change the bolt stop and magazine. It would be a 9.5" twist rate, which is decent.
Other than that, why not just rebarrel? An aftermarket barrel can be as good or better than what is on it. Then you can choose your contour, length, twist rate, etc. and make it a true custom.
My 280 AI T3 left hand started out as a 30-06. Had a Douglas barrel made for it, copying the factory contour to the end of the stock (that way any stock designed for a T3 would fit with no modifications. Had a McMillan made up for it.
