OP BeanMan Campfire Tracker B Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 3,769 Western Colorado	It’s been a busy couple of days for avalanches in Colorado the last two days with several big slides closing I-70, US HWY 40, and US HWY 91. This slide is the Bethel avalanche and was intentionally triggered wioth explosives. Yup. A few weeks ago, 2 skiers went out of bounds at Sun Valley and got buried in one. They got lucky and both were able to dig themselves out.
