Anybody who thinks Universal Background Checks, Constitutional or not, are not close to Apocalyptic for gun owners is a fool. I have said repeatedly that these are nothing more than de-facto gun registration and anybody with anything close to a room temp IQ knows what that means. Make sure your Senators know you will never support them again if they vote for this. Same with Red Flag Laws. Honestly, I don't know which are worse.

I'm sure it would be. The courts can twist about anything they want into being constitutional and the public believes it so long as the courts say it's so.

Politicians and their supporters, not to mention their bosses, go on and on about saving lives, the children, etc. Gun control is only about people control and again, anybody who thinks differently is ignoring or oblivious to the facts and history. The people ultimately behind gun control inclusive of the politicians could not give a flying frigg about whether you or your family lives or dies. They just want to make things safer for those who attempt to control the world.

8 steps to topple a nation and create a socialist state


1) Healthcare — Control healthcare and you control the people

2) Poverty — Increase the Poverty level as high as possible, poor people are easier to control and will not fight back if you are providing everything for them to live.

3) Debt — Increase the debt to an unsustainable level. That way you are able to increase taxes, and this will produce more poverty.

4) Gun Control — Remove the ability to defend themselves from the Government. That way you are able to create a police state.

5) Welfare — Take control of every aspect of their lives (Food, Housing, and Income).

6) Education — Take control of what people read and listen to — take control of what children learn in school.

7) Religion — Remove the belief in the God from the Government and schools.

8) Class Warfare — Divide the people into the wealthy and the poor. This will cause more discontent and it will be easier to take (Tax) the wealthy with the support of the poor.

LE has been able to confiscate stuff legally with no due process for so long now, say goodbye to anything else in your gunsafe. $10 grand in cash for a rainy day or if the banks are closed or offline-that's gone too. All those reloading supplies, your equipment, etc. Gone. All your ammo, same thing. With the powder, you probably violated some law your state passed in 2007 or so without you even knowing it. Pay your lawyer some more to get you off with probation, but you still kiss all your guns goodbye because even though you paid him to pay off the Shrink to clear you of the mental illness Red Flag your ex-wife's mom put on you, you're now a convicted felon. Oops! They found that Bump Stock you legitimately forgot you even had, stacked in behind some primers and bullets. More lawyer fees and this time no mercy from the Judge. Prolly two years with time off for good behavior. Of course, now you've got Krohn's disease and have to wear a diaper since you got bu-fued by Jammal that whole time and you've got brain damage from him knocking you upside the head for not sucking his cock like his white ho used to.
