Bmoney, have you tried RL-26 with the 100 grain bullets? No not yet. I use it in my .25/06 and 100 grain Nosler Ballistic Tip. It's not real fast (3340 fps from a 24" barrel) but it is accurate.

Amazing it's like talking to a brick wall Just put him on the ignore list like I did. From what I remember in other posts he's a big 6.5 Kardashian shooter. The trendiest, boutique, do nothing special cartridge to ever be devised. Are there mods on this forum? Why do they allow a buffoon to come in and derail every thread?

No,I'm not being sarcastic,a 100 grain bullet from a .25/06 is capable of 3400 fps. I don't care that my load being 60 fps slower than that.

Easy is so hard for some people.
In the 25-06 there are so many bullets that will work for deer. Pick one, stuff it in the case and be blessed with venison ever after.
It isn't energy that kills, its holes.

Yeah I want to try Retumbo and RL26, both of my rifles seem to like Reloader powder. The two Barnes loads I made for my weatherby both shoot lights out with RL22 and RL17 with 80 and 100grn TTSX.

This deer took a .316 BC 80TTSX at 300 yards. No regrets here.
