CNN was on at the gym today and I couldn't help but notice that Mr. Mueller determined that our president is not a russian spy.
Very motivating. Flave, I've not seen that. Who all was indicted? Don Jr for sure, I know.

6 miles on the trails with Tiny Elvis- combination of getting started earlier and an overcast day made for much better snow conditions today

Glad Mike and Tiny had better conditions today.
Me, 5 miles of mostly hell. Shin to knee deep snow with a good amount of water at the bottom of it.

I'm tired of being in the gym.
Last week was:
Monday - 60 minutes of elliptical with 15 x 12 burpees mixed in
Tuesday - 60 minutes of elliptical with 15 x 15 wall ball shots mixed in
Wednesday - 60 minutes of elliptical with 15 x 15 kettlebell swings mixed in
Thursday - 45 minutes of elliptical then lifting
Friday - 60 minutes of elliptical with with 15 x 15 deadlifts mixed in
BUT IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE SUNNY & 54F TOMORROW so I'm taking my mountain bike and going to see how far up the trail I can get.
What would Porter Rockwell do?

Weather has been perfect for walking in the mornings with my Pack loaded up. Feels good to get up early and put in a few miles. I'm very fortunate to have a job that gives me a lot of time off. Days off I generally hike in the morning, row just before lunch, and then put in HIIT or Tabata work out before supper. Days that I work I get up early and put in a hike then walk and stand all day at work.

3.5 mile steep-ass hike to an old copper mine.... in Nevada! Damn, that does look steep, like, really steep. others would call it a normal two track, and of course your vehicle is 8 feet behind you..... Enjoy your workout.

I am rural, no gym but I inline skate daily when the snow clears and I ride most days. Wintertime, I skate on an ice surface.
If I didn't at 61 Sheep mountain that I see out of the kitchen window would be impossible to climb.
Pretty old for a sheep hunter but never give up boys.

Another 3+ miles on a petroglyph expedition at about 7k feet... which I certainly feel since I live at about 500 ft!

5 miles on sloppy, snowy trails w/ Tiny E- this was our hill workout- ~ 1600' gain in under 1.5 miles

Work conspired against me and I couldn't get very far away on my bike. I did get 23 sets of 10 burpees while doing 69 minutes of elliptical.
Burpees still suck.

Yesterday: 3mile Merlot hike.
Today:
Morning weights, mainly chest and arms. Work lunch weights, pretty much the same.
Days are getting longer, so hopefully more trail time.
