Jalapenos and sweet peppers filled with cream cheese, country sausage, colby jack cheese, then wrapped in bacon. Toss in the smoker for 90 minutes or so and it's game on.

Shrimp,Oysters, and Catfish. It was goood. Had a fried oyster Poorboy for lunch in Kenner. Breakfast was beginets from Cafe DuMonde. Been a good food day.
