I am Bill's wife, his private secretary. I have edited the photos, made sure the size is correct, and used JPEG format. I can choose the images but they will not download.
Should they be in a different format or is there another trick I am missing.
Have you tried to place them into the Image Gallery?

Yes, I have attached them and when I click the Done button all my system does is spin. It won't download the pictures. I have tried this two different times.
