Use one or more of the following; duck, goose, dove, quail, pheasant, rabbit, or squirrel. I suppose one could also add possum and coon to the list, but I never will! Boil in a can of chicken broth and enough water to cover. When tender remove from bone, you need about 1-1.5 pounds, reserve liquid. Put in a Pyrex bowl. If you want something not so gamey add jar of turkey/chicken gravy or make package and add. If you prefer a more robust flavor, make gravy mix with reserved liquid. cover with mashed potatoes and cheese. I like golden potatoes boiled in water to which chicken bullion has been added. enjoy, capt david
