Most of the time when these guys complain about how they were treated during an interaction with LE it was 99.9% Self inflicted. No sympathy from me.

Supervisor owed the citizen an apology for the stopping officers misrepresentation of the law, and a commitment to insure he was properly trained to prevent this in the future. The Supervisor failed in this area.

First cop should of done the same thing. After he handed him license and registration and insurance and said he wasn't going to answer questions, he should of just wrote him the ticket and been done with it.

Well, to start with his video conveniently doesn't show what initiated the stop. It wasn't a random pullover, he has tons of videos on his YT channel of similar stunts, he's a known cop baiter out wasting police time and my money to build a profitable youtube channel to try to support his lame a ss.
He is one of many and it's doubtful a judge wouldn't see right through him if he attempted to file a criminal action suit against the police, his own video archive would weigh against him heavy.
All his stunt did was help educate a young cop on how to deal with idiot cop baiters.
