The optical quality of these straight scopes is superior to the prism scopes of the same era. This scope has no problems. It is tight and precise. It is the 25X-40X with 75mm Objective for great light transmission in low light and fantastic resolution. It also has the adjustable close up setting on the eyepiece for close viewing or switch to long range for long distance. It is complete with the original leather straps and lense covers with no issues of drying on the leather straps or covers. It is armored and compact enough to put in a backpack for back country use as well. This is really a fantastic scope and priced to make it even a better value...$799.00
