I planted 3 small tomato plants last week, zucchini and cucumbers today. By June they'll be massive and I'll be picking vine ripened tomatoes by July 4.

Fuucking beautiful weather here. The mud is about dried up..... (yeah right) Need to start thinking about getting the old farm trucks and tractors all up and running for another planting season. Ha! I was going to ask if you ever washed that truck, but I think I have my answer!

I still have 2' of snow in most of my yard. Getting pretty sick of looking at it. We're supposed to get in to the 50's this weekend though so hopefully it goes away.

Sam, why would you drive into that schit hole? You saw it, right? Maybe it was a Stella-Tequila morning 😎 I wasn't driving the pickup! And I might have even hinted to the driver that the frost was getting pretty soft in that particular spot.......grin

Last thing we need is a hard killing frost with everything budding.
Had one in spring of 08 around the beginning of the 2nd week of april.
It really fugged up the acorns for that fall.
Long range forecast looks good for warming up .
Hopefully the cold spell the last 3 days is the end of it for this spring. Fugging up the acorns isn’t terrible.
