1. They won't go in straight (I use my forefinger as a concentricity tool and pop--literally **POP**--them back vertical.) 2. Load to 3.600" and they have little to no neck tension. Case mouth is not past ogive as best as I can tell. (I checked the math using a point on the bullet bearing surface where the case mouth could safely be and easily get to my COL 3.600" with room to spare.)
.365" case mouth ID Lee seating die (backed 1/2 turn off from mouth contact) Did not resize or uniform mouths (M die, trim, etc.) but that's nothing new
I gotta go to bed. I'm driving myself nuts.

Got donuts?
I'm not sure I buy into the M-Die concept myself.

Nope. Was also thinking about whether annealing is needed but 1) it's NIB brass and 2) bullets are boattail.

Am I reading right? .365" neck ID should provide a .010" interference fit which is three times as tight as what should be necessary.

Regardless of what you think should be necessary, lube the necks and push an expander ball in them. Not a flame to you, but you can never be sure the factory will get it exactly right.
