Thundering gobbles in the morning, better than coffee IMO.
Oh and nice sunrise. Gobbles and sunrises are better than coffee no matter WHAT part of WHAT country I'm standing in...…………. But a good Dominican Molido or a Tim Horton's goes good with my morning gobbles, too !!! No such thing as a Tim Horton's down here, you must be up near the land of "Eh" then. It's the miracles of eBay and Amazon. A feller can brew his own Tim from the land of eh to the land of Jose'.......... This "Jose" likes Folgers. Ebay and Amazon, that makes sense.

Dunno if any of you gents have used a seat belt cutter for opening up hide for any reason, but I find them remarkably useful....and fast. Working in EMS I always have a Benchmade rescue hook handy. I’ve used my long handled rescue hook from my SWAT days to unzip a few game animals and it has worked well due to the leverage the handle length allows and the wider gap on the cutting edge. The new series 10 looks like it would work great in that role.

ya! GWB G, is there a reason why you skin the ball sac and leave it on the carcass, other than wanting a possibles ball sac bag? I always remove them and the COCK, by getting the blade as close to the meat as possible, avoiding any vessels or body fluids whatsoever (or at least I think). Am I missing something?
