Perhaps you should put on your tenny’s and get yo’ Ingram’s off the couch.

G, is there a reason why you skin the ball sac and leave it on the carcass, other than wanting a possibles ball sac bag?

I always remove them and the COCK, by getting the blade as close to the meat as possible, avoiding any vessels or body fluids whatsoever (or at least I think).

Am I missing something?

Nah,

perhaps this is the wrong thread, however, you might be just overthinking it.

I luv killin' hoglets.

I luv collecting custom knives.

I luv setting up different scenarios for taking pictures and framing the shots.

I/ve found that custom makers enjoy seeing their creations being used.

So, when and how I skin/break down a critter , and the resulting "snaps" typically are the result of the time of day,

[Linked Image]

whether adult beverages have been consumed, and in what quantity

[Linked Image]

and my mood at the time.

BTW,

[Linked Image]

I do not currently own a bowling ball, however.........

[Linked Image]

I am having this ball sac tanned just in case,

cause' I'm sure you know that.......

How's the water been down there this spring? Seems though it's been kinda dry as far down as YAK so far. Steelies get kinda kooky with the low water.

Dang, I don't know what that spikey plant-thingy is (we don't have that in northern Sweden!) but that is some NICE ironwood, and I love the lines of both of these knives, a Loveless or a good follower of his!

How about some more info on these two beauties, GWB?

While I await your answer, I will put on my drool bib so I don't short out my keyboard when you post...

Yep, have to agree with you Ted.

I have 2, both over 20 years old, still going strong.
