KW, do you run your CFS through a cuber and if so will you please make & model ? Thanks. No, When I return from a hunt, I’m generally pressed for time due to family situations. So I usually drive to town and drop my critter off at my fav meat processor. Let them do it. Im sure they have some big mechanical device they use. Yeah, I know it’s cheatin’ but it saves me lots of time to attend to other things. (Seems every time I attempt to begin a time sensitive project I am forced by circumstances to stop in midstream. lt’s a long story).

What are the details on this, Jud? I've seen this before somewhere (different forum maybe) I think what I saw was stuffed with something and then smoked. Looks good whatever it is.
