Finally Dem cooperation with WH. Should help the economy and jobs. This is what shovel ready means. MAGA Democratic leaders emerged from White House talks with Donald Trump Tuesday saying they had reached agreement with the president to spend $2 trillion to improve America's creaking infrastructure.

We'll see, I'm a bit skeptical that this is needed at this time. I guess it all depends on how it's done, but big government projects like this are usually boondoggles.

I don't really care whose idea it was or who gets credit for it, I'm just glad someone from either party started putting the country 1st. This needed to be done 40 years ago, but no one in either party had the guts to do the right thing.
Most people don't really want the truth.
They just want constant reassurance that what they believe is the truth.

Why don’t they focus on real immediate problems: SS and Medicare are almost bankrupt, stopping all immigration and kicking out illegals, the budget deficit and dealing with China?

From what i read they agreed on a number but not how to finance it. Trump has thrown the dems a bone to knaw on. He commented it is time to spend money on our own infrastructure after spending so much money in other countries. I expect when they start talking about paying for it, he will suggest reducing foreign aid. I have no idea how much money was taken and continues to be taken from US taxpayers to finance re-construction in Iraq, Afghanistan and all those other schithole countries where Bush and the magic negroe experimented with nation building and democracy for people with a third century dictator mentality.
Watch the dems implode when Trump suggests we keep American taxpayer money in the United States. Kelly Ann did say he is the president who is interested in reducing taxes. Several clues in the article I read on foxnews.com as to what is next. And the wall will be part of this infrastructure. I think Trump has a plan to make this work. He has always been in favor of improving infrastructure.

infrastructure improvements are needed.
contractors, engineers, union workers the bar is open.
it's meant to help, and will. total cost near 3 trillion dollars.
both sides of the aisle are getting something. and we workers too.
the problem will come in how to best pay for it? taxes, or borrowing abroad.
we can cover a piece of the taxes with a bit of well-ordered inflation. the dollar press.
