Furthermore and LEGALLY, IT IS NOT the job of a special counsel or prosecutor to write an opinionated NARRATIVE report aka volume 2, to ALLEGE POSSIBLE INTENTIONS to obstruct justice (10 episodes) by Trump, WHEN IN FACT, the POTUS had and HAS the authority to FIRE OR TERMINATE anyone within the executive branch Including Comey, Mueller, McGahn or anyone else. TRUMP never fired Mueller.

In other words you idiot, YOU CANNOT charge a sitting POTUS with obstruction of justice based on a sitting POTUS either contemplating or acting out his presidential authority to fire or terminate......................................THAT IS WHY Mueller did NOT cite any LEGAL reasons for bringing obstruction of justice charges.

This is the gist for the butthurts on this thread.. AG published the four page summation of the findings. The media of course spewed a barrage of conjecture innuendo and of course lies about it. To which Mueller and his cadre of proven democrat lawyers wanted an additional 19 pages released ahead of time and the AG said NO. So two weeks later, he releases 448 pages to INCLUDE the 19 pages the butthurts wanted AND the full report to Congress in a secure room for them to see. So this letter, curiously leaked to the Washington Compost the day before to try (and miserably failing) to discredit the AG. And do you know how many democrats have gone in and actually read the un-redacted report? NONE, NONE! and why? because they have NOTHING and they are terrified of what is coming. Incidentally, only two people bothered to read it, both Republicans , the Chairman of the Senate committee and the ranking member of the House. All they have is that vile gook bitch from Hawaii to completely throw 250 years of decorum out the window.

squeeze, Mueller may not have brought charges, but Congress can impeach and convict even if no law was broken. Obstruction would be fine grounds for impeachment and conviction with or w/o criminal proceedings.

Congress can impeach for just about anything, witness the Andrew Johnson Impeachment which was questionable and the clinton one where there was solid evidence of a crime. In the Trump case, you simply cannot have obstruction if you know you are innocent AND there was no underlying crime (which there wasn't according the the likes of Dershowitz and Turley). So even if the impeach, it won't go anywhere in the Senate. And I believe the democrat congress will in an attempt to corrupt the 2020 elections. That said, once the truth comes out about the democrats and their crimes in attempting a coup, it will backfire BIG TIME
