Does anybody have a Hornady Auto charge powder dispenser? How do they compare to the rcbs charge master and charge master lite?
Pros and cons please.

My two Hornady units sucked. Over charge after over charge.

Trashed one and gave the other away.

Screw you! I'm voting for Trump again!

Have had the Hornady for quite a while ( 3 years or more) no issues for me . I use it a lot .like 3 evenings a week avg. Year around. I do read and follow instructions😀. Never used an RCBS .

I've had a hornady for about a year now. It works but, to get it to not throw over charges every time you can do a few things. 1. You can change it to the slow setting on the speed setting and it will throw them right about 95 out of 100. 2. There is a way to change when the dispenser slows down to start the trickle stage. From what I have read is the rcbs is more consistent with out having to change the settings as much. I wanted to see if I could get the hornady to work because of the cost. I found one almost half the cost of the big rcbs on a deal from one of the sites.

When it throws a wrong charge does the scale read correctly that the charge is to big? Or does it read what it is set for even though it’s incorrect?

I picked up a Hornady second hand here , and so far it works great have to adjust the speeds when you change powder granule geometry, other wise no issues . I’ve got 2 beam scales and two other electronic scales and charges thrown on the Hornady will agree on all scales
