Homosexuality- about 5 % of the population are born this way, they're attracted to the same sex.
Its always been this way.
Within the last 50-60 years it ceased to be a crime to be this way if you live in a free country.

Seriously, live and let live ffs who gives a fug. You don't like a show with queers on it don't watch it. You're old and not used to gays being open about it because its not illegal any more. Get over it or just ignore it if you can't it is what it is. It used to be illegal to drink too and for women to vote. Probably won't see these laws go backwards either.

But it’s one of the marks on the trail to an increasing decadent, God-less society Jim; meaning the jettisoning of Judea-Christian values for materialistic, atheistic ones (you don’t have to be a Christian to recognize their extreme value as that which holds a people together, allows for personal freedom and a functioning, productive society). The only “values” left are God-less, secularist ones which we know from history will inevitably lead to the loss of personal freedom, totalitarianism, and genocide.

Marx, Engels, Hitler, Pol Pot, Freud, and Margaret Sanger were all highly influenced by these materialistic, God-less views and values. Pretty nice group of people.

So, yes, Jim, the normalizing of this lifestyle in people’s mind and then ever more acceptance of it is very serious.

Homosexuality is an abomination according to the Bible (Leviticus 20:13). An abomination is a sin, a repulsion that disgusts God. Sin is the violation of God's commandments. Romans chapter one goes into depth explaining the progression of wickedness that leads to a homosexual lifestyle. Homosexuality goes contrary to nature as well as the Word of God.

Abomination is a thing that causes disgust or hatred. God is not going to create something that he hates, or that disgusts Him. It's man's free will that does it.

None of what you posted about would be allowed to get into the way of consumption.

Or the high personal debt we carry.

How can you guys look back and not see that things are better today than they have ever been?

Here’s my two cents. I believe these people may have been harmed emotionally in nurture or environment as little kids and/or they may even have a genetic inclination toward same-sex attraction just as I may have a tendency toward some abnormal, wrong behavior.

As Christians, if we are, we both must control those urges which the scriptures tell us we can, in Christ. Most of these people are, I believe hurting or angry people which is often expressed in a militancy.

Pretty broad brushed. I'm sure things are pretty great in the middle of Montana on a big ranch. Come to North Minneapolis sometime and I'll show you some highlights of how great schit is.

My parents and grandparents enjoyed MUCH MORE FREEDOM than we have today. Hell ,even I did when I was young. We've gone a long way in the wrong direction without a doubt. My father could order a gun from the Sears catalog and have it delivered to his door. My grandfather cleared land for pasture and blew stumps out of the ground with dynamite he bought over the counter at the local farm & feed. No permit of any kind needed. I didn't have to wear a seatbelt back when I started driving. Could smoke a cigarette any damn place I pleased, including in stores, bars and restaurants. No background check required to buy a firearm. Jut fill ot the 4473, pay the man and walk out the door. Got pulled over a couple times back in the late 70's early 80's when I'd admittedly been drinking and State trooper just told me to drive slow and he'd follow me home. DUI no big deal back then. I used to take my .22 to school with me in the 70's so could shoot in the basement range after classes. My buddies and I would shoot pigeons under the bridge at the edge of town {still in the village limits} with 12 gauge shotguns and nobody ever complained. Hell the chief of police knew all of us kids and our parents and would just drive by and smile and wave as we carried our shotguns across town. Try that today you'd be facing a SWAT team PDQ. We've lost a TON OF LIBERTY and don't you forget it ! Oh yeah and queers stayed in the fuggin closet and kept their deviant behavior to themselves rather than rubbing it in everyones face with pride back then too.

In a total socialist/communist state? Totalitarianism? 99% of us would be scratching potatoes out of the ground with our fingernails..

Anyone who wants that is not in charge of anything.

The IMF and the World Bank would surely save us from such a fate!
