Lots of towns flooded around here. Supposed to get another round of rain tonight or tomorrow.
High temp here today was 57. Low tonight supposed to drop downnear 40. Weird weather for this part of TX in May.

We got pounded here (outside Boerne) a bit ago with some road closures due to high water. It is clear as I type but more to come later it appears.

Yes, you guys in Texas, especially northeast Texas have caught he11 the past week or so. Yes I have! Pools of water everywhere, the ground is oversaturated. It's never really stopped raining since early last year. I've got a man scheduled to work on my driveway and put down a couple loads of crushed granite but it won't dry up enough for him to use his tractor. He's got a few customers who've been waiting for their places to dry up since last year so he can work on their driveways. I'm going turkey hunting in the morning until it starts raining, then that nonsense goes on until Friday morning and commences again early next week. It just won't stop raining here. My area got 72+ inches of rain from Spring until the end of December last year.

whats that pool hall restaurant in downtown Gonzales, has a back patio they have live music. use to eat there when i was in the oilfield.

whats that pool hall restaurant in downtown Gonzales, has a back patio they have live music. use to eat there when i was in the oilfield. Not sure, but only place that fits that bill is the Longbranch saloon. Don't think they serve food though. Only thing I ever go to town for is the hardware store.

think thats it and they serve pretty good food. How long ago was that? I did a job for them about 2 years ago and only went there to collect payment. No food and beer was crazy expensive. Haven't been back since
