Reading comments ,about shooting as they are driving away is a bag deal. When does the ,you are no longer in danger take effect? As I understand , defending yourself, you can defend yourself as long as you think you are in danger. She had just been held at gun point, her car taken , she had her child with her. What is to say they would not have turned around and shot her and her child. So she was still in danger. 1/2 of a good shoot. Good on her.

Here in Idaho, we have the right to defend our property, not just ourselves.

Think if one researches the Floriduh 'Stand your ground ' law you will find we can protect our life and the lives of others...anywhere. We may also protect our personal property. Correct. In Florida we can protect our property with deadly force.
