Don't know the brand of the upper. I had a barrel on it and decided to go back to a flat top, eyes are what they used to be... There is one small nick in the anodizing on the bottom edge of the carry handle that was there when I bought it. Barely visible in first picture about mid point.

Tube is a Young Mfg. Has one sling stud on it. Had it on a light weight 16" 300 BO with pistol length gas tube, it's pretty light. Went to all mid length gas systems.
