I've read that the HAP bullet will not expand. Does that mean it will act similar to a flat point cast or jacketed bullet on game? I have a couple of handguns that don't like cast bullets at all but shoot the HAP bullet very well.

Good question. All one needs is some hog testing media.

I would expect them to act like a hardcast bullet with the same profile; then any expansion you get will be a pleasant surprise.

They are reportedly similar to the XTP but without the expansion-inducing serrations. For that reason I would not select them for any application where deep penetration is critical. Wetpack or game will tell the story.
