Lightfoot Campfire Outfitter L Joined: Mar 2002 Posts: 12,724 So. Kaleefornya	I have a lot of Savage parts which allows me to help folks out here from time to time. Also make a no-drill scope mount for the 99. I have that little screw but no sight blades.

The blade and integral base are grooved. The non-Savage just slides in from top or end and held with screw (or bent nail if all else fails ). Savage...never say "never". Rick...
