Mod 43?
Has a tenon that is about .803 over the threads, 1/2" tenon length, 20TPI and one extractor groove.

I have a M43 Hornet barrel right here and the underbarrel stamps look nothing like that. Just 22H and 49. M43 barrels also had a stock stud mounted in a dovetail on the underside. No VP stamp as Violent Proof was used on earlier guns with nickel steel barrels and was phased out beginning in 1931-‘32 when the change was made to Winchester Proof Steel/chrome moly barrels. The Winchester Definitive Proof stamp on the Hornet barrel is right at 12 o’clock on the barrel where it meets the receiver. What does the rest of the barrel look like? Length, front sight ramp, rear sight and topside barrel stamps?

Looks like a Model 1892 barrel.

Beyond the 25 20 mark on bottom of the barrel is marked 3 X next to the tenon threads. Is that a date code?

No

Without a serialized receiver it’s impossible to determine the date that the gun was manufactured. One can narrow it down a bit as the Winchester Definitive Proof appeared on barrels after 1905 and I believe that the were three different barrel addresses used during the 1892’s fifty year production run.
