I had one years ago, a Zastava in 223. Didn't care for the shiny stock, but it was a good shooting little rifle. Sadly, some SOB stole it and it was never recovered. It was pretty well made, and functioned perfectly.
the Mini MarkX is NOT, I repeat NOT anything like a Sako. The Howa however is. If you want to build a custom MiniX, they take a lot of work, but make a cool little rifle when done right. Quite rare to have one built just for you. You don't have to have what every else has. I would recommend finding a very early Interarms that doesn't have the extractor relief broached through the receiver.
