You guys eat well! I haven’t had time to grill or bbq in awhile it’s BS.
I’ll take a bottle of woodford any day. My friends seem to think crown royal is the gifting whiskey, ffs I hate that crap lol. Don't know how I manage to stay 190lbs, with my fat arse firmly attached to the couch !

Stuck in a cabin just outside Yaak Montana and doing the modified Keto we had a big salad of greens, cukes, bells, celery, red onion and tomatoes with olive oil, white vinegar, salt and pepper to start. Followed up with some Costco purchased soy based "pasta" with a simple marinara. It was very good. The noodles also make a pretty good Pad Thai.
Conduct is the best proof of character.
