About near as good as it gets Shayne as long as you got enough cold beer and food to go the distance on the 4th. I traded on last sunday all my horse gear for a near new Armalite AR-10T and extra mags so on the 4th all the firecrackers will be coming out of the chamber on that. Yeah I got the beer and food all lined out. be safe and have fun MB

You should like that Armalite. I love mine. It works flawlessly, just remember to keep it lubed. The AR10T's are good shooters. Mine is a puzzy cat to shoot too. Very light recoil.

Very nice.

Let us know how it shoots. I think we already know how it will function....

I'm looking forward to shooting it. Sounds like they shoot fairly decent. Gotta be stiffer than the A2 profile.

This was more of a bday purchase, versus July 4th. But, close enough. smile

Need ta hear about your SOCOM build.
Kinda the same direction I been thinking of also.

Ordered this on the 3rd.
Shop closed on the 4th.
Should be here by the 9th.
Bersa .380 combat plus. 15+1
Fits nice in the back pocket of a pair of jeans.
T-shirt over it.

That looks pretty slick. I don't have any 380s, but I was thinking about getting one awhile back. The Bersa Combat Plus was the one that I was focused on. I like the relatively large size (for a 380). Looks very shootable, and easy to conceal.

My upper is supposed to be here Monday, so I'll slap some things I have on-hand together, and get it shooting. Have some M855, and handloads with 53gr VMax, and 75gr HPBT on the shelf, so should be enough to get an idea how it shoots. I'll share results.....good, bad, or ugly.

Here's a decent review of the Bersa Combat Plus that kind of piqued my interest.

By gosh, this thread made me realize that I made an Independence purchase. The 4th maybe a busy time so I didn't call, but first thing this morning I called & swung the deal on a SA AR pistol.

What an interesting coincidence, I've come to call AR rifles as AFR's, (American Freedom Rifles) & I pick up an AR shorty on Independence Day weekend.

How freakin special. MAGA

I had a thunder plus about 4 months ago.
15+1
Used outta a pawn shop
Had 2 mags.
Sold it with one mag kept the other with intention to have 2 for
this one
Very Accurate and reliable.
Sold it mainly cause on the thunder plus the rear sight is adjustable
It was working loose so I staked it and sold it.
Plus the warranty on em is for original buyer.
Bersa told me they could fix it for 80 bucks.....

I just said fugg it I'm gonna get the lower slide profile combat plus with fixed sights .
And have a life time warranty with a new one.

100% concealable in a back pocket with a t shirt over it.

Ballistic Advantage has a sale going on until tomorrow. Up to 30% off on some items. I just bought a 16" stainless mid length to finish a current project.

Good info.

I have a BA barrel on a build I put together a few years ago, it's a 16" mid-gas, A2 profile. It's a good shooter.
