In my state you have to use a centerfire for big game, so I use the .22 Hornet for everything up to Brontosaurs. Once they get over 15 tons, I step up to the K-Hornet.

I’m a K-Hornet fan, opened my Hornets to K-Hornet by hand with a rented reamer. Worked well.

To avoid too much meat damage you could use a 22. Shoot them in the lowest testicle and then run up to them when they are in the fetal position and put a shot in their head.

Too much meat damage. Like my 22 Hornet for the big guys. Anything velociraptor and smaller can be taken down humanely with a 22LR.

That's crazy. I'll go as far as 458WM on rabbits but anything more than that is just overkill.
