Is it a herb or a drug?
FDA is down on it wanting to ban the use of it but many swear by it as a herb.
It is legal as of now, though..
Anyone know anything about it?

Just now heard of it. Had to look it up. Considering the line up of usual suspects in my initial search wanting to ban it or severely control it, the truth about it is likely 180 degrees opposite of how it's being portrayed.
