Youse guys sure are fancy at times and your pics are definitely mouth watering.

Tonight for me will be simple consisting of blackened cod, boiled reds, brussels sprouts and the summer's first glass of ice cold sweet tea.

Maybe a scoop of ice cream if I've been a good boy. smile

Deb was visiting with some old co-workers, in town, so I took it upon myself to do a bachelor fridge clean out, most stuff left over from camping.

So, had 6 rashers of good smoked bacon, 2 bear sausages, 2 chicken thighs, 3/4 large sweet onion, half a tub of herd & garlic cream cheese & half a wheel of brie & half a box of fettuccine.

Gonna be salads for me over the next few days as I went on a BBQ spare ribs marathon using my new drum smoker. Large surface area with fantastic charcoal flavor.
