I just think hes wound up cause you gave him a scrubbin. Any dog ive known does the same thing til they can get the clean off them and some dirt on.

But he is FLEET.

He likes that corner, maybe move the rods so he can make a "den" there. Good place for a tall cat tree with a scratchin post for him. easy build too out if any scrap lumber, and remnant carpet.
