I need to buy a spreader for my ATV to put down urea in the Winter to de-ice roads. What do you recommend?

I had a Herd ATV spreader and was happy with it. I didn't use it for roads. It spreads a pretty wide pattern with heavy seeds like alfalfa and might spread ice melter a bit too far. As far as the reliability it was great. I sold it and bought a pto driven Herd for my tractor as it was a larger model and held more seed.

If you need it for only the spreading of ice melter and the road isn't too wide a drop spreader might be a way to go.
