too cool . what year was it made ? I was wonder that also! It is a Meachum conversion to center fire from a Sharps 1863. Meachum converted many of those percussion Sharps to centerfire with barrels they got from a source other than Sharps. They are certainly interesting pieces of western history...

I’d look hard at putting some Talley LW’s on that, a few ounces here and a few ounces there and before you know it you’ve got a 16 pounder. 👍
