Depends on what you're looking for. If you want mainly devotional stuff -- dig deeper yourself - or whoever leads the study. If you want mainly doctrinal stuff -- then get ya a teacher that understands the deeper things of the word of God through study and use. (Heb 5:12-14)
Personally, I don't use study guides since my mind (if I even have a mind
) does not always work in the same process as the person who wrote the guide. What I do, and it works for me is to try to let the Holy Ghost guide me into all truth -- the Lord promised he would, and just study, read and work my way through a portion of scripture. I prefer to do a book of the Bible, verse by verse. That works for me, but everyone is different, and if someone needs a study guide, then help yourself. The problem with study guides is you really are trusting the guide to be on the mark.
