Does anyone have comments on the Burris Six-X versus the Meopta Artemis 2000? Both 1.5-6x42...I am leaning towards the 1S reticle in the Meopta, but am open to comments.
It will be on 300 WM that will be intended for large game in AK, and double as a back-up rifle when hunting with others (ie; reaction shots)
I may have missed it here, but what are the chances anyone has thrown one of these on a bigger bore? I'm still in a rifle Looney debate with myself about a scope for my Marlin SBL. This seems like a solid contender (if I dont go the scout route).

In case anyone is still curious, I went back to the range the week before last to retest the scope, having scrubbed the barrel to bare steel. After 1 fouling shot, the rifle grouped well, and the scope tracked perfectly around the box.
I will, indeed, be moving it to the 722 (.300 Savage) as my go-to hog hunting rig.
The reticle and the glass make this one a winner for me.

OK, I screwed around and let the $229 deal slip away, but I ordered one of these for an large frame AR in 358 Winchester. If it is a good fit for me, I will order a couple of more.
For those that have been using it, any new pros or cons? How's it track after use? Have you used the elevation turret to dial out for longer ranges?
