I have always admired the BSA rifles....check it the extractor claw it grabs almost half the rim...these have a nice trim barrel almost looks like a win FW ...if I remember they had aluminum floor plate and trigger guard...the few I have seen seem to handle and balance very well...
Why would anyone buy a new rifle when these nice older ones show up from time to time...

If anyone is curious about this rifle like I am...
I did a little more research and it appears to be 1973 vintage +/- a year.
And the model is a Majestic or Monarch...still looking into the supposed subtle differences in the models. Majestic started 1960's and transitioned to Monarch... Early 1980's is when the CR2 model came to be...lots of interchangeable parts between all 3 models but still researching the model differences...
