That looks great Bob!


I took a store bought ham and threw it in the smoker.

Put smoke to it for a while then wrapped it in tin foil.


Boiled spuds and garlic on the camp stove.


It was about 95 today so we didnt want to heat up the house.


Ham turned out good. I should have glazed it though.

Garlic mashed potatoes were great.

More goodness from the magic skillet.

I was channeling Paul last night so I made Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken, Broccoli, and Bacon.

That 100 degree temp left us a couple weeks ago and I ain't missed it one damn bit.

I haven’t had it since I was a kid, that’s the first time I’ve made it..it’s as good as I remember. I used a little cinnamon along with the traditional nutmeg .
