You can bet if the Dems ever hold both Houses and the White House again, we'll all be rich, and need some serious taxin' to remedy that.
What fresh Hell is this?

This poll is about income. Duh. What else would “ rich” refer to ? assets The rich have a high income The Wealthy have a lot of assets.
You didn't use logic or reason to get into this opinion, I cannot use logic or reason to get you out of it.

I’m always interested to hear how people define “rich” or “wealthy”. I had a friend tell me one time that if he had $x in the bank he’d be retired. $x seemed like a pretty small number to me.

Top 5% household, top 1% individual in my area. Don’t consider myself rich in the financial sense at all. Worked two jobs, and went to school full time for 8 years to get where I am. Didn’t come free or easy. That doesn’t even count the hours spent doing clinical training for 2 years.
I feel very blessed to be where I am, but not financially rich. Maybe because we invest in our future, and our kids future heavily, and I still have student loans. Don’t get to spend a bunch of money just to spend it or have lavish things. Still young at 33, maybe when I get student loans, kids through school/on there own, and house paid for I would feel maybe close to “rich”, but I highly doubt it My wife and I have three amazing children, and my wife is something special and amazing also. I couldn’t feel more blessed and rich than I do with my family
Rich is upper level income, and financially sound. Wealthy is money, assets, and the whole don’t have to work in my opinion. Assets generate wealth more than income I believe.

Rich is not about income. Assets, neither. Rich is simply being happy as a clam with what you have...... Once again, spot on.
Conduct is the best proof of character.

. . . Rich is simply being happy as a clam with what you have...... Actually the apostle Paul called that "contentment." Be content with what you have. Phil 4:11 . . . 1 Tim 6:8 . . . Heb 13:5 . . .
"All that the South has ever desired was that the Union, as established by our forefathers, should be preserved, and that the government, as originally organized, should be administered in purity and truth." – Robert E. Lee
