Was on my way home yesterday from New Mexico gathering. Stopped in at the Allsups in Hermleigh Tx. ( btwn Snyder and Roscoe Tx). Big blonde chick walks up to me while I pump gas with sad story. She’s driving to Greeley Co. from Tyler Tx because mom is sick there. She is down to $21 cash. She needs help!!!
Two years ago while I was on way home from Colorado ranch, same chick, same story, hits me up for cash at the T&A truckstop just down the road in Sweetwater. It was all I could do to keep from busting out in gafaws!!! I held my composure and simpy told her NO!

Should have told her that $21 dollars would get her to Amarillo and you would meet her there. You would be past DFW by then.................................

Got hit up parking the rescue at the ER to pick up my partner once. I looked at him and said “I got 3 jobs take a fcking number”. Then had security kick him out.

Should have finished with- I would have had to taken a job. Admire your commitment. When I'm asked if I have any spare change, I usually tell them "yeah, but I can always use some more....", somehow seems to piss them off.
