Looks like the lower band has been changed out, so it's probably a CMP rifle, a field or rack grade.
Suggest you clean the stock w/ mineral spirits, a soft scrub brush, and lots of paper towels. Then a few coats of BLO. (although it looks like a USGI birch replacement set)
Also, try to find any linked CMP paperwork if it exists. You can contact CMP/CS w/ the serial number to see if it is one of theirs.
Verified bore numbers (ME/TE) wouldn't hurt.
