She and to a lesser extent the Police Chief sure do seem to like the press conferences. They hold about 10 to 1 the number compared to El Paso. Mayor "Nan" seems to relish in the political rhetoric, Trump analysis/calling out, etc. At times laughing, smirking, etc when disparaging the POTUS. Watch for this Mayor to run for higher office when she is done with this gig.

She's enjoying the exposure. She is profiting by other people's misery and that is disgraceful. I saw her on the news last night and I told my wife within about 5 seconds that the mayor is a Demonrat. Doing a lot of smirking and smiling in a tragic circumstance while telling the President of the USA, the most powerful man in the country, that he isn't welcome in her city. That everyone in her city and state, she speaks for them and they don't want the President. BS.

We didn't have television here for several years. Then we had little kids and one of the parents was about to lose her mind. So, I put a big distraction unit on the wall. It finally died. I declined to replace it. My kids read well beyond their levels and have vocabularies to match. The only problem is their little friends go "Huh?" a lot because they don't understand the words.
