Has anyone here every used a CBC Industries complete upper? Their prices seem to be reasonable, I'm just looking for something to plink with.

Had one for a couple of years now. I use it mostly as my pickup and tractor rifle.
Never a failure, and is accurate enough for me. (I'm hard to please as accuracy goes.)

I have one and it was a lemon as it would not cycle but one round at a time. I contacted CBC and they said since I bought it from AIM, I would have to go through AIM. AIM stepped up to the plate and sent me a return authorization, post paid. I got the upper back but it's the most inaccurate upper I have out of the 7 AR-15 uppers that I have, 4-5 inch group at 100 yards, scoped. I now delegate it to a plinking upper when I take other people out. The forearm upper have keymod holes that have sharp edges because I got my finger cut holding the forearm. Are you in Anchorage? I go to Rabbit Creek quite a bit and be more than happy to bring it along to show you what I mean.

I'm in Wasilla, and thanks for the offer, I have decided to not order another upper for now, and from my research it won't be a CBC. I may go back to PSA if they get any back in stock I am interested in.

I have 2. 76239 and 556 For the money they are great!
All of them do something better than the 30-06, but none of them do everything as well.

I have two and over all happy with them But have,an issue with low capacity mags 5s and 10s cycle like [bleep] can't figure it out. Tried magpul, brownells and a couple more
And thier CS attitude stinks First no call back from them then I FB message and that's how I finally got them Sent the rifle in with an explanation and the sent a video back with cycling 30 rd mag (4 or 5 rds)because the didn't have a 10 I was like wtf. Very smug about the whole thing They don't need me I don't need them
But with a 20rd and 30 mag no issues

Hank Yeah, I have done a little more research on them since starting this post. I am leaning towards building my own upper. My only requirement for it, is an 18" .223 Wylde barrel with rifle length gas. If I find a decent fully assembled upper on sale Labor Day, I may opt that route, but it will not be CBC or BCA.
