Vox Day has to get his digs in while he can. He's baldern a monkey's ass these days,......the young folks have started calling him "Boomer".

I told him it would happen.

He didn't believe me.

Nothing wrong with boomers that isn't wrong with every other generation too, really. They occupy a certain space now, and as they die off another generation fills the space and does pretty much what they did. They will complain that the new generation is doing things wrong and messing up the good system they made, and is generally inferior in pretty much every way. They'll probably even be right about some of the things they complain about.

The younger generation, for it's part, will do what it's always done as well. They'll scoff at the older generations outdated ideas, prejudices and values. They'll accuse the older people of being stuck in their ways, unable or unwilling to consider new ideas and new ways. And, they'll be right about some of that too.

Nobody is special, everyone plays their role as best they can, then shuffles off the stage. The world changes, people change with it. Some of it will be good, some of it will be bad, alot of the time you won't know for sure till sometime down the road. At least, that's the way I see it.

Yawn...

I really wasn't expecting this.....

Vox Day puts up some interesting topics on his blog.

But his Boomer hate is eating him alive. According to him, every bad thing that has occurred since the Boomers is because of the Boomers.

The older millennials are pushing 40 and even some Gen Z's are old enough to vote.

At some point, people have to own up.

What about Us boomers who absolutely hated phuqing hippies. They( hippies) were the boomers who crapped on the big parade and totally phuqed everything up. To this very day!!!!! Phuqing marxist bastids. They were communists then and they and their progeny and grand-progeny are communists now!!!! And they continue to phuque schidt up.

Ok additional rant,,,, still see them old pukes to this day slithering around Austin. Wearing same schidt they had on 40-50 years ago. Just with grey ass ponytails. And Jerusalem cruisers. Driving Volvos or some other socialist POS. Still couldn’t punch their way out of a wet paper bag. Pukes.

Yeah,....I know. But I'm tired of the "guilt by association" applied to an entire generation. Especially when the entire hippie "thing" only lasted from about 1965 to 1969.

I was in the 7th grade when Charles Manson killed the hippie movement. My wife was in the second grade. Yet we're both a part of the Boomer generation.

Some people seem to think that the whole damn bunch of us were at Woodstock.

What did Gen X do wrong....oh yeah, the trophies for everyone.

PS, for years, what with my long hair and beard, some folks would call me "hippie". I had to nip that in the bud by telling them there was a difference between me and hippies. Hippies are non-violent..........................piss me off and I'll kick your ass!
