Besides, that article I posted for you was interesting. Lot's of us old folks have no idea how the youngsters feel about the Boomer generation.

One of the largest hurdles to any successful transition between generations is communication. Needs are not properly addressed or articulated.


That goes for business and general interpersonal relationships as well.

"Feels" got nothing to do with it. A lot of younger folks think the Boomer generation fugged up the country.

I don't let it bother me. I just read what they say and consider it part of how things are these days. Whether I agree or disagree with them makes no difference. They're going to think what they think.
