As long as ya don't break the seal the syrup will last many many years on the shelf,stored in the freezer will last basically forever and it will not freeze as a solid but will thicken but once it comes back to room temperature it will be back to it's original state. Once the seal is broke it needs to be stored in fridge or if you're not going to use it for some time can be put in freezer.

Have you read the 4 pages of this thread? Did you see any replies/comments about Danny's syrup being "bitter"? I am wondering if you really need any of this syrup......  Just kidding about needing this syrup. I have bought syrup from Danny for a few years, feel blessed that I am able to do so and enjoy his product. Buy double what you think you will use, you will want to share it with family and friends and you will never have enough!!
